Yeah, I noticed that too. Seems the main optimized just fin, but the DLCs... Infiltrator mode feels deeps below 60 fps time to time, but that's more noticable in Annihilation Line! But not all maps, some of them are OK other turn almost 30 fps at action scene or simply ADS with your weapon.
Personally can't really gind solution for it, but soemtimes I turn on FSR to Ultra Quality, if doesn't hit the visuals so bad and gives soem breathing room to the GPU.

The game also suffers from so called traversal stutter. Certain points the game simply drops FPS badly.

Northridge (despite the level being absolutely tiny), Bakersfield and Ruined City have a tendency to stutter a lot, yes. In levels that are set beyond the Annihilation Line, the framerate is much more stable.
