Uncensored sex scenes

Did anyone ever figure out how to mod the full scenes into the game? Discussion of this seemed to get shut down pretty hard everywhere.

The ESRB has always been like that

They initially gave Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy an AO for a sex scene no worse than the one the VHS/DVD cut of Highlander Endgame had with an R-rating around the same time and most American ports had to have it cut down

It wasn't until a very recent remaster on Steam it was released uncut with an M-rating
