Yes, I thought the same. They've probably written themselves into a corner, expecting to get the actual Arnold license (and maybe even voicework) originally but I assume they couldn't get it or it would have been too expensive. So they called it model 102 instead of 101, but IMHO it's pretty obvious the only way Connor could have "recognized" Evans would have been with Evans looking like Arnold. Even the way Evans talks supports this.
Still wondering if Evans looking like Arnold would have impacted the plottwist even more or less, though.
I mean, he is bald...🤣
It is possible that Evans is a replacement for "Arnold model".
