CPU Theft
Is there an actual way to steal the neural cpu ???. Crawled the ducts but Alvin never leaves the thing. Guidance pls

First you need to complete Rhine's quest and transfer the boombox to him, and then turn it on at full power so that Alvin would go to turn it off.

Thanks for that. Second run thru and upset Ryan both times so will have to go again to play out that Quest. Good travelling
