Chapter Numbers?

I see a lot of guides for finding skill books and plot points and they all list chapters by name and number, how do I check in game which chapter I'm on? I'm having a hard time following guides that say, "In chapter 19, look for X" when I don't know which chapter I'm in.

The only way I really know how to tell at any given time what chapter I'm on is to look at the "Load Save" option when you're starting the game or at a save terminal. Below the autosaves on the list there will be the saves that are done once per chapter. The most recent of those should be the chapter you're currently on.

It probably won't help you determine what chapter you're on, but here are the names the games uses to describe the first few chapters:
Chapter 1 - Pasadena
Chapter 2 - Hideout
Chapter 3 - Warehouse District
Chapter 4 - Factory
Chapter 5 - Hideout
Chapter 6 - Medical District
Chapter 7 - Hideout
Chapter 8 - Metro Station
Chapter 9 - Resistance Shelter
Chapter 10 - Hideout
Chapter 11 - Pasadena
