How to run 3840x2160 Fullscreen?

Just purchased the game. Any way to get this default 4k setting fullscreen? The in game menu only allows 3840x2160 in window mode, not fullscreen. Pretty obvious oversight!
I tried editing the .ini file that someone mentioned but it still will only go to 4096 on fullscreen instead of default 3840 (2160p). Game doesnt run right on 4096 rez fullscreen.

Yeap, thats how I play on my native 3840x2160 monitor on full screen.

If that figure isn't your monitors native resolution then you can only set a different rez by playing the game windowed, so it sounds like you might no be playing at the Native rez of your monitor.

Franco, do you have Nvidia DSR / AMD VSR disabled? If not, do it.

No Nvidia DSR on. All off. My screen is native 3840x2160 confirmed by nvidia control panel.
Ianh, so you say you are running 4096 fullscreen on native 3840 monitor? My experience is not very good when I run games at 4096. Dont think its a power issue but a resolution issue.

I'm almost out of ideas - My monitor is also 3840 x 2160 (16:9).
Same as you, I notice now that on default settings my res is displayed in menu as 4096 (16:10).

However this isn't an issue for me as I prefer the fullscreen tweak, I assume that's the one you meant, which probably isn't what you're looking for. Worth mentioning that while it adjusts the res of the entire game (as opposed to Resolution Scaling), the menu will still display "4096".
