see the lack of NG+ as a deliberate choice to push you into experimenting with the progression system and try different playstyles.
New Game plus would indeed be a welcomed plus.
But I agree that sometimes you would just prefer to start a new game without equipment, otherwise you'd be too overpowered.
you're SUPPOSED to be overpowered with the endgame gear and skills being brought back to the beginning.
i too want a new game plus. it'd be fun to, after initially running and hiding from the t-800s, you get to fight back as a reward for beating the game already.
hey, a game like yakuza gets away with ng+ all the time, letting you keep everything but resetting the story. surely that can happen with terminator: resistance?
Whoever is against NG+ because it “ruins the atmosphere of the game”,
must also necessarily be against speed running or any other alternative or creative new way of playing the game.
After all, you should only be allowed to interact with art the way you're told that you must, right?
