How to take down a terminator? Im in the hospital and im using up too much ammo

Came across a patrolling terminator and dont know if explosives would have done it or what but he got me quick once he saw me. Can you aim your throw with grendades and pipe bombs?

I think you can only stun them with kinetic weapons (I think the shotgun and pipebombs will stun them enough to hide) and crafted items like the sonic device in order to run away.

The whole point of that segment is that you're supposed to sneak past them.

Distract with a sound decoy, and GTFO.

You won't really battle them until you get the laser weapons.

You don't. You avoid them and run away.

You can't hurt them without a plasma gun or a very specific craftable that doesn't show up until later. Explosives do work but it's not a great idea.

You can stun terminators with the shotgun, but only at close range with a headshot.

Then you can use pipe bombs to blow it up, but be aware it will take far more than just one bomb.

You can use a sound decoy to slip past by distracting it. Once you get to the area with turrets, you can hack the turrets and let them kill the Terminators for you.

At First you can't use Plasma Rifle until leveling up 13 . So please use the pipe bomb to the terminator . Then you can beat them !

its very easy on normal, one or two shotgun blasts to down em and one pipe bomb to kill. takes more bombs if they are not downed.

If you found the hacking device and leveled up your hacking you can control a turret, the turret will take down the T800s for you

Your not supposed to kill any of them in the hospital.

This is where the stealth mechanic comes in.

Terminators are only killable using Plasma Rifles, Pipe Bombs do the trick but it takes time.

I figure out their routes and then suddenly they're on to me. Do they trigger on something more than the red detection bar? Like the first t800. I was hiding behind the curtain and it just deviated from its normal route and then walk into me. I went to hide inside the closet and closed the door behind me. It looked like it was patrolling as normal but it just walked up to the closet and then smashed its way through.

I did the same thing again, but this time it just kept on its route and I got up to the second t800. It had its back and I was investigating the room crouched. For some reason it turned. The detection meter wasn't red before it did, I think.

Can someone guide me past the first 3-4 terminators? I don't have sound devices or pipe bombs. I used them to get past the silverfish'es outside.

You cant hurt them with conventional weapons. As far as I know, since the last patch, you cannot even knock out them with a shotgun fire.

personally stealthed around and led the final one into the plasma container took em both out with a well placed grenade and hiding behind the cupboard ^_^

nice . it tried similar tactic but failed 2 times so i just escaped :D
