I can't imagine how anyone lost to the brain dead AI in this game. I had to put the most strong AI hack into the game to even make it tolerable on extreme. Otherwise, though, the story seems to be decent.

If Patrick dies and the dog is saved in L26 he should be sleeping on one of the beds in the very first room in the Connor's base in L27.

I found the puppy sleeping in the resistance base after the mission ended, several missions later, so I know they did have the dog exist after pickup around you.
