Camera help!

I can't get my camera to zoom to complete the mission. I go to the spots indicated and when I try to use the camera it says to zoom to get better resolution. My problem is that when I click on the zoom it automatically brings up my weapon instead. I've tried changing the aim/zoom binding and no luck. I also tried dumping all my weapons from my pack and it still doesn't work. I'm wondering if I have to upgrade my camera first? It took the first picture ok earlier for the huge terminator machine. Just wondered if anyone else had a similiar issue.

Zoom the camera in or out by scrolling your middle mouse button up or down.

Thanks for responding. I have tried the middle mouse button, as well, and again all it does is bring up the zoom on my weapon. Kinda at a loss now but I'll keep playing around with it. Again, thanks for taking the time to respond.

And you're doing this while in night vision mode? ("Ultravision".)

For me, all I have to do is press V to put the screen into green night vision mode, and then scroll the mousewheel up or down. (Don't press the middle mouse button, but roll it, like scrolling a webpage up or down.)

That's assuming your mouse has a mousewheel. I thought that was a standard feature nowadays, but maybe I'm wrong.

I finally got it! I had to buy a new mouse LOL as the wheel on the other one was sticking! So, I'll mention that in case someone else has the same problem at some point!!!

This is a major issue because i have people with disabilities who play this game and cannot use a mouse so they are basically stuck at that scene. I have reached out to the company with no response yet. They need a keyboard zoom command, one of my clients even uses voice commands to play and cant zoom.

Yeah, I certainly hope you get a response from the company about this. It's awful to start a game and not be able to continue because of an issue like that one. Best of luck with it!!
