Jennifer VS Jessica Baron (spoilers)

It is a surprise for me that this cool game has romance options which are actually likable.

It is even more surprising that you can romance them both. Devs, well done!

I refused to travel back in time (let the pleb do the work) and the endgame slides showed me that protagonist found Jennifer in the end. It was so relieving. So I've chosen Jennifer.

It seems it's impossible to stay with Baron. Would've stayed with her during my second playthrough if it was possible. Her tattooed body and 'dismissed' after the sex scene, damn! Unfortunately, you can't even heal her, although endgame slide hints she might be alive.

What's your choice?

I tend to go for the hard-to-gets, the tragic pasts and the edgy attitudes. Jennifer is sweet. Baron is ruthless. I'm more attracted to ruthless, but I couldn't kill Mack for her, knowing his side.

Jack from Mass Effect was my go-to in that game. So it wasn't surprising that I was attracted to Baron from the start. I love her tats.

I just beat the game and chose to travel back to the start. I thought it would at least make sure that Rivers would be alive to meet Baron again. That and saving humanity of course :D

I really hope she made it out alive, because there was no way I'm gonna let even one metal get to her. And I hope that she'll have a fresh start, in a world not ruled by machines. I'll definitely miss her.

I think she's alive without any doubt, Terminators dont take dead bodies, she escaped with her gun, possibly for a DLC or sequel.

Terminators don't take dead bodies, but they do capture people. Mack was captured after he went away.

But I think Baron patched herself up, rose through those ruins herself, and started a new life. That has to be it.

I think she patched herself up then headed towards the battle and single handedly distracted Skynet defences away from the main assault to give us a chance, fighting all the way to the security hub and eventually shutting off the laser gates that block our path, now thats a dlc I'd pay for.

She's definitely still alive. The ending tells us they didn't find her body in the shelter and if you closely at the bottom you see bloody footprints of boots walking away so she must have left after you.

Baron's "Gritty, Tough Girl " attitude is just a Ruse. She's actually "Scared, Insecure, & Subordinate. If she really was such a "Bad Ass", She wouldn't have lied to Rivers about his Rank.
For these reasons, I find Dismissing her ass in the Dialogue choices, quite gratifying.

Jennifer's definitely the better option. She's the kind of girl I'd want to be with IRL, as she's got all the traits that I value. She's smart, courageous, kind, and she most definitely cares about the other members of her group. We can see that in her interactions with Patrick. Why else would she have asked you to find some way to keep him distracted from their problems so that he wouldn't get worried? Baron wouldn't have done that.

Baron? Yeah, she's tough, but it's the wrong kind of tough. She's the kind of commander no soldier wants to have, and her dialogue shows that the experiences of her childhood have left her broken and twisted. Look at her dialogue during the boss fight against the Terminator sent after you: she doesn't want to send the body to John Connor's techs so they can examine it and get valuable intel, she just wants that 2nd-gen plasma weapon it's got. Ultimately, she's in this for herself.
