What happened to Almost Human?
Does the studio still exist?

Druidstone is developed by Ctrl Alt Ninja, who share many people from Almost Human. Almost Human is still alive but no new games are currently being developed. It is possible that Almost Human returns with another game, but meanwhile the Ctrl Alt Ninja team is fully focused on Druidstone. Technically we are a different studio (the ownership and structure of the companies are different). Think of us like members of a band who enjoy this so much that we have a dual membership in another band.

Was just about to ask this question myself! The one time I bothered to look back some pages to make sure. Now I know the answer. Woo!

Grimrock 3 but a full-scale RPG with quests, shops, towns etc would be great.

Enjoyed legend of grimrock a lot, a real masterpiece. really looking forward to one more sequel, will definitely check out druidstone due to the mere fact that members of human head studios are involved here. Thanks for the information btw.

I hope I live long enough to see that.

well haven't heard from the devs in 5 years so doubt they are working on anything new otherwise there would at least be some rumors. Last news i saw recently they were just adjusting their old games to work on other systems, but not much else than that. Giving some lectures, i assume doing other things maybe than game development. Who knows.

like others said, some Almost Human team members did a side job making Druidstone, which i'm playing now and looks fun, i assume they did that because Almost Human wasn't working on anything and they wanted to keep making games so a couple of them started a side studio company to do Druidstone in their downtime, but i think they are still a part of Almost Human last time i checked.

I recently broke out an old slate PC and put Return To Chaos on it, runs perfectly at 6 fps. Dungeon Master was an amazing game for the time it came out.

Don't hope too much guys.
They already said on official forum of LoG2 they love Dungeon crawler, but they think they did all expected about this type of game with LoG2, and wishing now to switch on other type of games/project (like druidstone).

I have to wonder if even ctrl alt ninja is still around, it's been like 5 years since Druidstone came out and no word on a new game, hard to imagine they could survive 5 years financially without a new game, unless a publisher picked them up.
