my game keeps crashing when i launch it

as soon as i load into the main menu it crashes does anyone know a fix? ive already reinstalled and checked file integrity

Okay, I've cleared those but had to leave a single player on your recently played with list to prevent any issues with that. I used a player that was from a few days before the issue started happening to be safe. Can you let me know if the crash still happens?

Tried graphics related issue solutions and still isnt working.

a day later it just worked. i did nothing

A friend has the same problem. That definitely needs to get fixed.

We've implemented a temporary fix to allow you guys to play the game again. We had to disable the display for leaderboards while we work on isolating and resolving the cause of the problem. Let me know here or in our Discord if you're still running into issues.

This has been happening to me as well, for like 2-3 weeks now. posting here since it seems to be the way to get help, I've also sent at least 10 reports for it. the text for mine is: Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 258] Direct3DDevice->CreateUnorderedAccessView(Texture->GetResource(),&UAVDesc,(ID3D11UnorderedAccessView**)UnorderedAccessView.GetInitReference()) failed at E:/FCTEngine/426/Engine/Source/Runtime/Windows/D3D11RHI/Private/D3D11UAV.cpp:116 with error E_INVALIDARG

This is a different problem to the one I mentioned fixing in my previous response. Your problem is related to your graphics card. If you're on a laptop with integrated graphics, you won't be able to play First Class Trouble. If you have a dedicated GPU that meets our minimum requirements, make sure that you have the latest drivers and DirectX install.

If you're on Windows 10, you can press the Windows Key or Open the Start Menu and type "dxdiag", and you'll get a small blue circle with a yellow x that says "Run command". Running that should open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

With that open you can click on the "Display 1" tab and the Device section will show your GPU name.
