my game keeps crashing when i launch it

as soon as i load into the main menu it crashes does anyone know a fix? ive already reinstalled and checked file integrity

I also tried to play it on a different account, on the same computer, and it didnt crash. seems to be my account has something to do with the crash.

Are you getting a crash window that pops up letting you "Send and Close" or "Send and Restart"? Sending that will give us better logs that we can use to try to diagnose the issue.

i have also just tried it on another computer with my account logged in and it crashed. i sent the report again

It's likely not an issue that can be resolved within a short timeframe, especially since it's the weekend and the team is out of office.

I'm going through the same thing. I've updated my drivers and checked all possible sources of the crash to no avail.

Investigating this can take time especially because the crash window is not always exactly the same for everyone.

For anyone who's posted in this thread, can you post the exact error message you've been getting? I just need the text that comes before 'FCTClient_Win64_Shipping'.

I need the exact text because the address at the end can vary across different crashes.

Okay, I've cleared those but had to leave a single player on your recently played with list to prevent any issues with that. I used a player that was from a few days before the issue started happening to be safe. Can you let me know if the crash still happens?
