Server/Maintenance Status

Hello there!

Here we will share if there is any planned or unplanned maintenance going on with the game. Please check back here if you are experiencing any issues.

11.2.21:
- We are investigating an issue with servers right now!
- UPDATE: Servers should be coming back online. You may need to restart your game before trying to find a game again. We'll continue to monitor, and feel free to reach out if you're still encountering issues after restarting your game.
- UPDATE: It looks like the same issue is reoccurring again after being fixed. We are working on it immediately. We'll update when we have something to share.
- UPDATE: Servers should be coming back online - you may need to restart your game just to be safe, but you should now be able to play. We will be monitoring closely and provide updates if/when necessary. (4:48 p.m. Eastern)
- UPDATE: We are investigating lobbies getting stuck in matchmaking right now. (8:45 p.m. Eastern)
- UPDATE: Servers should be coming back up and you may be able to get a match again. We will continue to monitor should further issues arise. It is *possible* this issue with continue. (10:56 p.m. Eastern)
- UPDATE: We are noting server issues (not being able to load into matches) as well as issues adding & accepting friend requests. Hang tight while we looking into these. (4:56 p.m. 11.3.21)
- UPDATE: We're seeing progress with the configuration changes we made. We're going to continue monitoring the situation. At this time - games may still be unstable so play with caution. Thanks for bearing with us folks. (11:17 p.m. Eastern 11.3.21)
- UPDATE: We're looking into an issue where some users are stuck on "Joining". We'll provide an update as soon as we have more information.
- UPDATE: Servers are coming back online and players should be able to find matches again. If anyone is still having issues - please try fully restarting your game. (12:48 p.m. Eastern 11.5.21)

any further news? Still cant seem to get into a game due to queue times

when are you guys going to make a brazilian server? we Brazilians cannot play this game and most Brazilian players stop playing this game or ask for a refund.

Right now we do not separate players by region or language. It is something we are looking at adding in the future.

i can getting connection errors i cant load into the game and when i do i cant see my friends list or que up for games

Correct! As listed in the top of this thread we are currently experiencing server & other issues. We appreciate your patience.

i enjoy the game but for pc players its near impossible to find a game

i tried this and it says i cant play the game without those files

Try a full uninstall & reinstall.

it is still not letting me, even after i re downloaded it, unfortunate
