I just got the game and I am receiving the same error. It crashes whenever I attempt to load the game. I am currently trying to redownload it to see if that works. If not then I would suggest filing a support ticket with the company that made the game

Hello!

This is an issue we saw pop up with a lot of older GPUs after the latest update. You should verify that your GPU is higher than the one we have listed as the minimum requirement on the store page. You can also make sure that your drivers and DirectX install are up to date. We also do not support Windows 7 or integrated graphics.

If you've verified that your GPU is above the minimum requirement, and that you've also installed the latest drivers and DirectX on Windows 10, please feel free to share your GPU model here and I can investigate further.

Your GPU is far too outdated and falls well below our minimum supported specs. You'll need to upgrade if you wish to play.

Theoretically that should fit the minimum specs - have you verified that your drivers and DirectX are up to date?

Id have to double check on that as I dont know how to update those. Not really knowledgeable on computers myself.
Edited: I have found out how to do so and I am currently updating them. Ill get back with you after trying to launch the game after the update

Weird flex but okay (I joke)

Your specs should absolutely be high enough. If you're experiencing these issues please verify that you have the latest graphics drivers and DirectX installed.

Also please note some Unreal Engine crashes were caused recently by some of our back end systems going down - this thread in specific is in regards to an error that includes the message
Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 258] Direct3DDevice->CreateUnorderedAccessView
which is not related to the crashes from our back end systems going down.
