I can't connect my toy.

Hello! I bought a toy from the list that the game offers. The toy is connected via bluetooth to the computer, but it is not displayed in the game...=( what should I do?

although I noticed that it doesn’t connect to my computer either. It connects to the phone via bluetooth, but doesn’t want to connect to the computer.... I bought it for the sake of the game.

How are you connecting the toy to your computer using bluetooth?

No other apps should be connected to the toy before you connect it to the game. The game will connect it for you.

I still haven't gotten it to work for me. I have tried two lovensense toys and the same thing happens with both. It connects, vibrates when I press the button but the toy disconnects in less than a minute and the name of the toy disappears from the game menu. I don't have any other device (no phone), nor any other app on the PC that uses Bluetooth enabled, and I've also tried it with another PC and the problem repeats itself.

I work in IT developing apps and I am used to work with bluetooth hardware, I have tried everything I can think of and I have not been able to make it work. It seems that the connection is closing after a few seconds. Method 2 also not work for me.

I have done more test, the connection lost has some relation to closing game menu and waiting 30 seconds or more.

Test 1: I open game toy menu and click in "Test toy" I click for 4 minutes every 10 seconds and toy is working ok.

Test 2: I open game toy menu and click in "Test toy" 1 time, it works, I close menu. I wait 30 second (interacting with game) I open toys menu and the toy name is not here, is disconnected.

Test 3: I open game toy menu and click in "Test toy" 1 time, it works, I close menu. I wait 5 second I open toys menu and the toy name it is here and "Test toy" button is working.

So, the problem seems closing menu + wait about 30 seconds.

On the other hand, every time when I click in game in toy menu in "Disable" game freeze and Windows ask me if I want to close the game. And connection to toy not work all time, I need to reset toy/pc/game several times to connect to the toy first time.

Edit: I do more test and now test 1 is not working. Device get disconnected about minute 1 even I an testing each 10 seconds and with the toy menu open.

I have 3 lovense toys, the hush and diamo both work flawlessly. The gush toy does not though.
