What I did was used the trainer above, and under the character section is equipped weapons and armor.

Armor or Weapon 0
Armor or Weapon 1
Armor or Weapon 2
Armor or Weapon 3

From top to bottom, 0 is top.

Let's say you got a hunting bow equipped in top weapon slot, and the value listed on the trainer above for Weapon 0 is 80 (hypothetical), you can use the item list reference to see that the sm'augg spear 1 space previous in the item list, so change 80 to 79, and you can turn a hunting bow into a sm'augg spear. You can do this for whatever armor/weapons you want.

I did use this to give myself a sm'augg spear, and a couple of the super rare items for the smithy so I could complete the orders.

Trainer like that i can only find cheathappens one which is not free, free promo one can only edit mp and one feature i dunno.
