Urgent Tasks Panel

What is the Urgent Tasks Panel (UTP)? I've been all over level 2 and can't seem to find it, which contains the passwords.

Also, is there a button to show the whole map? I'm using an Xbox controller. I've hit every key on the keyboard and have found nothing.

Hello.

There is a text document in level 2 that starts with: "Urgent tasks". The password to the level is written there.

We decided not to add a level map to make the experience more challenging.
