is that there is no dedicated server as such for this game. What there will be is a service that keeps the game updated. This game is connected through Peer to Peer. Each Mastermind is the temporary ''server'' in question. Reverse, if it had separate servers by region and by rank, something that would have served RESISTANCE well.
I always see new players especially when they sell the racooon city pack but as soon as they find the situations mentioned by the person who created this thread, they get discouraged and leave. And today there are only those of us who have been here since 2020 (playing with friends, of course).
Anyways, I get my ♥♥♥♥ stomped against swat teams. Little coordination goes a long way.
I dont like to play like that, its just boring, even when just "counter hacking" but meh, it fully breaks the experience.
I tried a both of runs towards hackers that way and I prefer just to improve the habilities towards them.
They don't have to cheat, they already have in game tools that surpass any kind of cheating a survivor could ever do to them.
