It's fine to accept that we're a dwindling playerbase, since even F13 has survived for over three years now without any real updates beyond touch up patches. It's just going to shrink over time to a small but dedicated group of players that really enjoy REsistance, and that's A-OK. Did you also know that PC is HORRIBLE for fighting games usually as it's almost always the smallest community while PS4 is the largest, and unless there's crossplay enabled like Battle for the Grid, the PC community is long dead by the time sales are ever a factor? It's the same for the most part with slasher games like this and DbD, only DbD constantly offers free weekends and sales, and has 4-5 years of content baked in with it's DLC selection.
