Mixtape Nerf
Testing the new patch, Equipping Mixtape I, II, and III now brings Martin's 90 sec Fever Skills to ~63 instead of ~54.

Bulletproof vest also feels slightly worse than before the patch. Not sure if thats just me or an actual nerf.

It's much worse for newer players that don't have all the Mixtapes but yeah it's very minuscule

You no longer need to level to unlock higher tier equipmnent...

The only equipments that were affected, according to the patch I saw, were Mixtape and EMP Rounds. The other ones are Valerie's cooldoown and many MM card nerfs.
Ahh ty. I can´t agree on the EMP Rounds nerf, especially with this new MM... But we´ll see how this patch turns out.

Annette gets nerf: reduced "Enhance" and "creature health recovery".

Balance Adjustments

• Reduced the effect of the "Immobilizing Rounds" skill card.
• Reduced the duration of the "Electromagnetic Shield" skill card.
• Reduced the effect of Spencer's "Mod Recycler" skill card.
• Increased the Bio Energy cost of the "Discount" skill card.
• Reduced the effectiveness of some weapons when firing on security cameras to disable them.
• Reduced the effect of the "Mix Tape" and "Book of Wisdom" equipment.
• Lengthened the cooldown of the "Spray Gun" variant of Valerie's Fever Skill.
• Reduced the effect of the "Enhance" variant of Annette's "Genetic Mutation" skill.
• Reduced the rate at which creatures recover health.
• Reduced the effect of the "EMP Rounds" equipment.
• Adjusted how easily Yateveo can be incapacitated.

Reduced effect of immobilizing round ? Like instead of getting out of it in 1 second they can do it immediatly ?

Well they nerfed gun Spencer but it's OK Gun Nikolai is way better, they also nerfed creatures so Guns is the way the devs want MM to play, as for survivors nerf it's not good considering the nerfs they did on MM. But I'm fine with that since Nikolai is da way now.
