First aid spray bug or changes?

I tried to revive a downed teammate with First aid spray but no use. Did they change it?

you can't get max stacks any more? so survivor actually did get ONE nerf this patch for every ten Mm got at least. but don't worry you don't need to cheat those stacks any more since they just gave you guys a lot of money and some actual usefule quipment. what SHOULD be an AI adjustment, mm has to take up one of his precious 4 equipment slots versus survivors' combined 16 with just to get zombs to grab faster. game is dead on pc by monday I'm calling it now. 2 hour queues coming once the weekend warriors have tried out the patch and the MM uninstalled it or refuse to play anything but survivor any more. I'm neevr touching mm again myself, if I keep playing, it'll only be to clog up the survivor queues. And once they become longer than 10 minutes, I'll just start backing up my saves and minimizing when it's queue to make sure I keep adding one more survivor and one less MM to the queue. I'll do it for the lulz.
