So even when i win, it feels cheesy af because i know i only won, because my team didn't have an absolute dead weight MORON holding us back lol. Great point OP. Even if it wasn't a balance nightmare, someone is usually feeling cheesed on.
Then i sh#$ you not, every single match there is at least one jerk, emoting and refusing to leave at the end for a few seconds at least. I mean... you do know he can shut the connection down right? Lol. Just take your cheesy win and go.
I had so many halarious games
Just recently I juked 4 veterans with the good old 'Hide Yorick behind the dishes', it worked, and they were rolling me before that. Outsmarted those speed runners man ;)
Also there is no real reason to play the game since there is no fun, hence why the game only have under 1000 players on PC, there is no goal, no patch notes, a lot of things are cryptic, and overall the game as been badly handled.........
This is what happens when you outsource your games and not make them in house.
I used to love the mastermind when the game came out because it really felt like a strategy game with another level of fun by controlling creatures and such. But over time the game felt like being a bore-chore. I either spent more time waiting for a game than playing it because I'd win so fast, or I'd have so much anxiety playing or to play if I kept getting matched against premades that never lose.
I haven't really played the game in two weeks, but I like to come look around hoping things get better, but every time its just sad news after sad news. The good thing is at least people are starting to realize that masterminds have huge problems despite the outcry of "how OP" they were at launch. Bad people were bad and that is why masterminds can win. Simple as that.
Ehhhh, last time Capcom tried a MP Resident Evil game we got
https://store.steampowered.com/app/390340/Umbrella_CorpsBiohazard_Umbrella_Corps/
Even Capcom can't really make good multiplayer Resident Evil games, and really hasn't since Outbreak. Even that game wasn't amazing, but just stood out because of the time frame it was released.
Idk i guess i'm just an idiot in love with RE since 96...
well you play gun spencer, which is boring AF for you and the survivors. plus, you're right. anyone with a moderate experience in this game knows how to counter cooling fan spencer.
No game can last with this level of cheating and balance issues. It's in a bad spot and i'm pretty sure Capcom recognized this a long time ago, and just slapped it onto RE3 lol. I'll be shocked if they make this the first online RE title they don't abandon from the jump.
But no nerfs need be done, if we had the ability to attach rooms as we saw fit. The speed running is the main issue here imo. People know full well where everything is, and the maps are just too small to compensate for that fact.
You give MM the ability to customize, you give survivors more points based on how far they got, as opposed to making it out. Making it out should be rare and idgas what anyone says lol. It should feel GREAT to make it out, especially with a full team, and if you don't you should still get more than fair rewards.
This is how you fix a game like this imo. Plus you aid the lore of kidnapped survivors... they shouldn't know the maps like the back of their hand! It adds replay value, AND they can release future DLC to add on to old maps with new rooms.
Did they think of this insanely, amazing idea? Nope... did they put in an anti-cheat? SH$# no lol.
I just got Alex to rank 50. It was pure torture man.
I never wish that on anyone.
