Any list available that show all unlocks?

Is licker the best creature you can unlock?

Scroll down until you see "Card Use Count" under "SKILLS AND WEAPONS", it's an indirect way of showing you every card in the game.

It has a cost of 6 (unless they changed that from the beta, not sure yet), so it BETTER be a damn good creature for that cost, lol. I still haven't got one yet. I'm starting to think maybe it doesn't unlock until rank 30.

It unlocks at level 13 Annette Birkin, or ?card unlocks randomly?.

Damn. Annette gets it MAD early, lol. I still haven't unlocked it on Daniel and over rank 20.

No, each deck is tied to a mastermind (this is why they start out with a default deck until rank 5, then you get to customize it and make your own).
