Anticheat doesn't distinguish between advantageous and cosmetic mods

They have cosmetics in game (costumes) at least so you can do that without getting banned.

So you could have a survivor team that look like Mr.X, G-Birkin, Nemesis and Tyrant........ That would be neat. And as a bonus the mastermind is Ashley Graham and she can summon Leon.
