Hey man, yeah that list works, but if they ever add any new songs it will quickly become outdated.
What I ended up doing to get the achievement was disabling the DLC for this game.
To do that Right click the game in your steam library, click properties, go to the DLC tab, and uncheck "MUSYNX - Forever Friends"
Once you disable it you can go into the game and hide all the unavailable songs in the menu.

When you get the achievement just re-enable the DLC by clicking the check box again and you should be good.
