How to get last (hidden) achievement : Don't Disturb

Hi all,

Finished the game, have 14 /15 achievements.

Looked online : Don't Disturb Give Captain some time to think.

Anyone know how to get this?

I only have saves right before attacking final area-ish. ...

I believe it would be required to finish the game without talking to the captain. So start a new game, dont disturb the captain

That's nice, I think I'll wait for a Dev's official response. If you are right, this is stupid. Not only is it not obvious, but hidden. You would have to look online and plan ahead before even starting the game.
