Where to find missing doctor?

I can not go anywhere else. All other missions are lead to this.

1. Talk to the doctor at the military base in Freedom City West, he'll tell you to see Trevor the Smuggler merchant.
   
2. See Trevor, the Merchant at the Smuggler camp at Forest Grave, he'll ask you to do a favor for him (IIRC it's run some contraband to Bill at Freedom City East).
   
3. Return to Trevor after doing the favor, he'll tell you to talk to the Doctor at Freedom City West again.
   
4. The doctor will tell you about a shed in Grand Wind Canyon where the doctor is being held.
   
5. Go to the shed and rescue the doctor, you can either take her to Freedom City West or Forest Grave.

Number 3 is where i stuck. I hope that shed is on my map already, because doctor does not say anything.

Nope, i can not reach Grand wind Canyon. Military asks Doctor first.

Thanks, I'll try that out, am completely stuck on this crap... and why the ♥♥♥♥ isn't the favor for Trevor listed in my Quest Log?!

Trevor won't give me the assignment, saying "I don't know you, find my associates first"... but I've already spoken to Bill, so once again I'm stuck on this bloody quests.

A lot of the quests are convoluted and can be unclear on what exactly you are supposed to do. I just resort to the same strategy I have relied on since the days of NES JRPG's. Go back to every town and talk to everyone again. Tedious but it gets the job done and you get more xp and loot running around like a lost fool ;p Sorry, best I can do to help since I forget the exact steps I took but I do remember that one taking a long time to sort out. The description text in the quest log is almost useless way too often. Strap on them walking shoes. ;p

First you have to fulfill the Bill Quest, only then Trevor talks. If you lost in the Bill Quest, then you can bribe Trevor.

I will probably give one more hint in the dialogs so that you don't get stuck. Do you have another quest where you had problems?

I failed the assignment given by Trevor. He just refers me to his partner in the Eastern City of Freedom, but no one there has the appropriate lines of dialogue. What should I do, please tell me?
