Need Leather Rolls

I am not able to find any leather rolls anymore.
Neither at in trashbins, nor in appartments, nor at one stop shop or the hardware store.
But they are a necessity to upgrade the tennements sauna and and the mushroom farm, so i am bottlenecked.

I think you can craft them but I have no clue how. Just keep looking, break into buildings if you need to, lots of places have building supplies.

i found lether rolls in the basements - especially in those chests, which restock their loot every other day.

Finally they started to reappear, seems i got a unlucky streak where for a few days they just didn't spawn.
