Empty Containers

Can we have an option to empty out bottles or containers that yield a resource after use? I find dirty water bottles often but don't want to drink them to get the plastic bottle. I know a lot of empty bottles show up if you wait, but it would be helpful to empty those water bottles I find for alcohol containers.

Or perhaps allowing glass bottles and plastic bottles to be interchangeable in the bottling process. Just swapping it to whatever that mash type goes into normally. It already happens for turnip wine, goes from plastic bottle to a wine bottle.
