Task(s) Help

Anyone know how to proceed with the debit card task. I sent in the form and its telling me to wait for a response, but I just realized I don't have a mailbox... so where am I supposed to get the answer?

Also, for the radio signal task, I assume that the only way to proceed from where I'm at is to get this "black amulet" I've seen referenced both here and on the wiki. Anyone know the general area I can go about finding that?

You receive mail at your apartment in the tenement. Your apartment is the one on the first floor.

The black amulet is next to the Osrat you pick up when you go to check on the priest during the receiving the passport task you do for passmore

Ah thanks, I suppose that makes sense, but I figured I might have needed to do a mailbox renovation... or something.

And as for the amulet I figured it might be somewhere inaccessible to me rn. I heard about the priest quest, but I'm not quite sure how to start it. But being as the bazaar seems like a later game area and I need a passport to get there I assume I just have to keep renovating and it'll open up.

You got to first complete all Malone's objectives before you'll get to complete the Radio Signal task, also wiki might be out of date regarding this, since before the overhaul this quest had entirely different structure.
