You can buy them in Apartment A where the scientist is. There's a door with a buzzer and the lady ask "You here about the cat?".

True. Did you pick that you have a cat at the beginning when choosing your character? Just Hit F1 type "add_item 15650 1"..

I got my cat, and two more cats. I even stole a cat. It scratched me, but we became friends after I put it in the dishwasher.

Sidenote: Why can't we pet our cat?

cats like to be clean, they probally dont wanne touch us filthy people. so no petting for you.

if petting kisu had a positive mental health, there should also be an RNG chance that Kisu scratches or bites you, causing deeper damage to mental health, along with minor bleed.

IRL I have all kinds of scratches from my cat. Didn't lose health over it.

I chose the cat option at the start, but later got delivered the empty cat carrier. I thought I would eventually still get my cat, but apparently it was supposed to be in the carrier. Thanks for the console fix.
