I have a brick furnace, gas bottles hooked up, sand and broken glass but there's no option to craft Glass Panes?

you need to randomly find the panel blueprint or get it through your magazines in the daily mail.

Recipe changed, need limestone now.

To be more precise, you won't need a recipe, but you will need sand, shards, and limestone.

Source: It came to me in a dre- just kidding, the source is Recipes.json in the game files.
