HELP where is Hanss in the mines

I follow the glowing sticks, led to a closed door in one of the mines guys outputs. I don't know how to get it open, I explore all the mines, find the type Golum creature, try to get the miners permit but nothing. Now you need to find him in order to get the passport.

Northeast of the service area in the mines there is a little settlement where one dude lives, you probably passed this area when travelling the mines. Just talk to this guy and he'll help you progress.

He is near some big ass gate

Check the tunnels at the Erickson Claim, it should be across from the Tenement Access tunnel

Hanss is NORTH EAST of ERIKSON you'll see some funny hatted guy telling you "He went past some gate to get to some radioactive something and he tells you you'll need to go all the way back to get permission before you can get past the radioactive gate bla bla bla bla",

screw that press F1 type in "noclip" and waltz past that gate, when you do, open the gate from the inside, then put in the fuses for the detector you'll see what im talking about once you get there, then take the train and the nukes, get it into the left side of that section of the mine where the opened up nuclear reactor thing is, the metal door on the RIGHT side should now open, Hanss is past that door to the right (inside there an elaborate cave syetem upstairs where he snuck off to), well at least his room is, now go talk to the photo lady and get ur passport.

I don't think he wanted an answer that involved just cheating past the content. All the above comments were trying to assess how far he had actually gotten towards getting the gate open. He figured out for himself that Hans is behind the gate, he just hasn't cracked the gate itself--using the legitimate and intended quest progression.

If OP needs to get the miner's permit still, then he will need to interact with the woman in management and also finish blasting open the tenement tunnel. Or maybe he will pick your method after all, which would be a bit silly but he's free to do so.

Ig op has 2 solutions now, also u might as well do the normal way cus of radiation sickness, it can be cured in the cheat menu yes but I forgot what cmd I used lol

or you can just guess the passcode.
its one of them stupiid ones.... so just guessing should only take a min at most.
