I cant say for sure, but i'd imagine whatever is cheapest/free. That being said, you've got fecal kilju and milk wine, since you can scavenge both feces and milk in garbage cans. However, once you're decent at farming, i'd say literally anything, it doesnt seem to be that lucrative either way.

I noted apple mesh sells for a good chunck (more then turnip and carrot at least).
one stack of apple 15 and you can put I think 2 in the barrel at one time making 50L apple mash.
oh apple sells at the O market if you look in the apple box for like 12 for a 15 stack (0 OC cost).

Juniper also sells for a lot (but juniper bushes are a bit anoying to deal whit).

Ale at least for me sold for 59.80 RM (one 20L canister).
I swore I noted down how much apple mesh was but sadly not.

I've been making SERIOUS bank off carrot wine! (I have 2 of the planters with the lights and a terrarium growing carrots in my basement and I just reached level 10 farming a couple days ago) Also in case you don't know please bottle your alcohol, I like to run around grabbing up all the bottles around town, head to the machine and dump all the plastic, metal cans, milk jugs, and save the wine bottles and a couple of the glass beer ones in case you end up filling up all your wine bottles and there's a little bit left that's less than 1.5L, that way you can keep your 20L jugs for filling up water, and ferrying the mash around to your fermenting machines!!

I swear I just keep getting the same darn recipes over and over again it's really frustrating! How did you guys find out the other mash/brew recipes? The only ones I have are carrot/carrot mushroom mash, the turnip/turnip mushroom mash, the beer/beer mushroom mash, and that nasty fecal one but with just how little yeast you can get at a time I sure as heck don't want to waste the yeast on literal crap lol It takes forever for the yeast to restock it feels like at least. Then for the fermentation recipes I only have Sahti, Kilju, Beer, and mushroom kilju. Oh also, do you guys know how in the world to make the sahti mash?? I tried googling what that was like irl and it didn't help me. Then finally the only distillery recipe I have is Carrot Moonshine. Is there some place that has all the recipes written down that are in the game so I can see what the ingredients are?

Can you buy the juniper berries from that lady in town and grow them in the planters? Are they the juniper bushes you're talking about? I was doing that with the pine cones thinking that I could get wood logs from them, but all I was getting was CRAP lumber!! I was so disappointed. I will definitely check into buying a bunch of apples. Someone recommended buying a bunch of peppers/tomatoes and canning them to sell, and man I blew a decent chunk of change on it, but her inventory cash must not be restocking correctly or something because the next day she wouldn't buy anymore. She must have a very small amount of cash.
