I know he buys cigs (individual and in package).
Batteries, empty syringes, gold/silver/steel bars and tea pots and simular group of items.
Plus watches.
You can potentially create some huge mashing operation to sell to the speakeasy for RM after finishing the mashing questline, but I don't know if that is worth it.
So buy building materials from market vendor (planks/nails/logs) > create furniture > Sell for OC > exchange max amount at currency exchange every day (4500oc>200-300RM?) . Try to sell items to Passmore everyday to get his 600RM limit.
Beyond this, try to only rent to people with some RM income (check the renting guide table) to maximise RM rent.
Why would i remove stolen tag from items i want to sell to Passmore? Doesn't he by default buy stolen items?
Stolen items sell for less than owned items, so you'll make more money for the same item if it's not stolen.
Sometimes this causes passmore to not be able to afford an item, though.
Like get the Stalburg clock blueprint make the clock and sell the clock as I think you get RM for it.
Yes. All non-stolen gold items sell for more RM value than Passmore (or any other vendor) can currently afford. You need to keep the stolen tag on gold items to sell them in the current game build.
Upcoming game builds will unlock the bazaar which developers have said will fix economy issues like this.
you can get the blueprint for the Stalburg clock and make it.
1 mecanical part(i think), 1 AA battery and, furniture part.
and then you can sell it to any of the 3 furniture vendor for RM and they will buy it no clue how much RM they have.
edit
okej I found a semi easy early game way to get RM.
after you unlock Passmore.
in Deekula B there is a Drill (350% efficiency).
meaning you can create 25 lock picks in about 10 in game min.
if you bring it metal sheets you can use it to make lock pick.
Those lock pick can then be sold to Passmore and as you make 25 of them per metal sheet... well you can always sells them and not like a silver/gold bar/item where you have to hope that he got enouth RM to afford them.
lock pick you can sell as many as he can afford and then keep the rest of the next day(or when he resets his bank account).
or you can sell them to other shops for OC.
and from my experience you find metal sheet like everywhere.
