Passmore password

So, I've got quest about passmore's quest by finding a person asking me about password in build A. She said Passed is old or not for her so "something - something" go to Passmore building B. The Passmore guy in buidng B refused to open the door and said to find new password. After searching everyone and everywhere, looking up info on wiki and here I found that you can learn password from Furniture guy, building C. I made my way to him but there is no dialog about passwords, only about buying some furniture.
Maybe the quest is bugged ? I've managed to start "Passport" quest before first 5 renovation because I've stumbled on "that lady in building A"

Have you completed 5 apartment upgrades for Malone or rented out your first apartment? He should point you toward getting a passport from someone in Deekula C. Just talking to Passmore, Eliana, or Anya isn't enough.

Yep, I've done 5 renovations, I'm really don't want to rent apartments because I really struggle for money. Their 100 OC per week really kills me. Farming gives me 100-150 OC per day, my char has wierd depression that caps happines at 10% (cant work at TV). I've heard about selling wooden crates but didnt found blueprints.

you should rent out as many apartments as possible, the tenants pay a security deposit that gives you tons of cash, you don't have to pay anything after they move in, it's just passive income that goes up the better their apartments are, I'd suggest focusing on renovating as many of them to the minimum requirements for the various tenants around as well as upgrading the stairwell to gain access to more apartments

as for the mental health, working at the office drains it really fast, you need to eat good tasting food, stay as clean as possible and just keep all your moodles to the minimum, going to the sauna every day also helps a lot

Okay, I've done it.
In order to access Passmore you need:
1) Do first 5 renovations quest
2) Find tenant and rent him
3) Moblemann in building C will give you the password.

Hope it will help someone in future to solve this.

just as extra feedback.
i think the mission is really clear.
if u are not spoiled with extra infos u get online.
also the main mission is really clear that unlocks stuff and new roads.

just my subjective feedback that this is a player issue.

There's not an obvious logical connection between "rent someone an apartment" and "get Passmore's password"; I've seen multiple people get hung up by this and it's not an uncommon problem. Easily solvable once you get back on the Malone questline but it's far from obvious.
