How do if fill the barrels in the makeshift kitchen and bathroom

I got the upgrade for my apartment that give you access to the shower, but it wasn't filled with water when it was installed. Same thing for the makeshift sink in the kitchen.

I read before that you can order them to be filled with water from Samul at the renovation desk, but he dosen't seem to have that option anymore. I've also tried the janitor service in the market outside of O-mart, but they don't seem to have any options besides asking them what they do.

Does anyone know how I can fill my water container without refilling them myself?

You just click on the sink then click the container and then fill or unfill.

I know that, I was asking if there was a way to do it without having to hull all the water myself.

you have to upgrade to second tier of kitchen or bathroom

also now that I think about it, the janitor service at the market might be able to refill them for you, as well as take the poop out of your toilet but I haven't tried it

I already tried doing that, there was no option to have them do either of those things. Its weird, because I vaguely remember that option being available before I had the makeshift kitchen/bathroom upgrades.

There is another vendor that will empty your sewerage and fill your furniture water containers like makeshift sinks etc. He is adjacent to the flower vendor and the novelty vendor in the market, directly opposite the O Mart. He charges a fee of course.

Edit: I haven't tried it because when I had level 1 bathroom he charged me 480oc.

It could be he only fills/emptys sinks/toilets that are part of the apartment upgrades (eg level 1 bathroom) as compared to furniture that is placed separately. Try experimenting.

I think it's a coding problem. If you place a makeshift shower (like I did in the mines) the janitor will let you pay to have it filled. It cost me 268 OC.
