Invoice for security services

I received an invoice for 'security services' in the mail, asking for 60 RM.
I thought it was a scam and threw it away.
The following week, I got a fine for not paying the invoice.

Can anyone explain or remind me what might have caused this?

Hard to say, I think my "I want to buy a new car" invoice seems pretty legit though.

I think you can get away with not paying any of it. Other than the speeding tickets and the one for the bank account you initially get. If you pay 5 scam invoices you get an achievement. Don't ask me how I know. Ok I'll tell you a friend told me they got the achievement.
