seed growth duration discrepancy?

How do you understand the seed packet descriptions regarding how long it takes to grow?
It seems to take longer than advertised, which is fine, but I just want to be present when my turnip son is born and I don't have enough coffee to stay awake the whole night. Or what was it.

Did you check the growth rate modifier on what you are using the grow them? Some are 75% or lower which means they will grow at 75% of the advertised speed.

Yes, I took that into consideration. 100 % of advertised 4 hours is not 4 ingame hours.

also, some plants growth percentage grows backwards- what dat mean???

I have seen the percentage go down both in my apartment and in the Kuraha farm. Is the apartment to cold- the heating is lvl 2 but I dont know if I have to turn it on manually somewhere?

heating in the live version does nothing right now.
Plants dont care about temperature because there is no warm/cold in the game right now.
its just a wonder that the sauna actually works.

Ok but am what i am seeing wrong? does your seeds grow in 4 hours as advertised?
