upgrade malone's apartment?
Does it make sense to upgrade malone's apartment? I mean he pays no rent but would a heating upgrade help with his coughing problems? Will he eventually also start paying rent after some quest line or leave / die freeing up that apartment of his?

I could see him open up quest when you uppgrade his appartment in later in the game... right now nope no point in uppgrading it.
exept to remove the eye sore that is a drape for a appartment.

Only reason to upgrade his apartment is for some achievements
