ETA for Mines/Bazaar?

This game is fantastic mechanically and the writing is entertaining, but the entire questline coming to a stop at the passport/bazaar was immensely disappointing, as it largely defeated the entire reason and motivation I had been grinding for.

Is there any ETA for a release of the Mines update? And does the Bazaar update come with that, or is that planned for a later update? I will come back and play when both are fulfilled.
