On the other hand if the Infra itself feels like a fit to you, then you probably should start with that.
While not directly a sequel, OS does expand upon various small subplots Infra coined, but I think you playing either game first won't take away from the experience.
Many aspects of the story from INFRA carry over to OS, I you're looking at this from the story perspective, INFRA is definitely the one you should play first.
But if it's the gameplay aspect that you're after, as Nextej put it, INFRA is more of a "walking simulator" whereas OS is more of the survival genre.
I say play it whatever way you fancy more, the story will eventually make sense in the end :)
exept that you sort of will spot a few plot stories (when that part gets implamented) earlier then otherwise and theres a few ingame referenses but there is no I dont undertand this because I had not played INFRA befrore.
as anything INFRA would explain will be explained in Obenseuer if at a bit later.
Is it needed to play INFRA first to play OS? No, you can enjoy OS without INFRA.
Will it deepen the experience of OS and the lore of OS. Yes, it definitely will.
INFRA is worth a play though regardless. Its a one of a kind game, that if you give it a fair chance and read all the stuff you encounter and delve into the story firmly, it will grip you and make you want to invest the needed time to understand the whole thing.
Whatever choice you make, enjoy the journey. ;)
