Deekula B Basement location? <spoilers>

Hello, I have a quest that tells me to go to the basement of Deekula B. But from what I can tell, Deekula B HAS NO BASEMENT. I've checked everywhere in the priest's room and in the area behind his bookcase, and I found the Osrat device. I used it to talk to the priest, but now I'm completely stuck on where to go or what to do next.

talk to her, she gives you a key for that door and a quest
