Unfortunately, some stolen items simply can't be sold. Passmore will buy stolen goods, but he has a very limited set of items he will buy.

certain items he can buy but he normally only has so much money and if its worth enough to him he will only buy it when you stock him with more cash by buying stuff, weird I know because he gives RM when u sell, but sells to u in OC. somehow I think giving him oc increases his RM so find a way in this direction perhaps?
