Button at the BAR to mash

I remember the bartender in the bar telling me he had secret button to open a place for mashing... Where is that button? Is that somewhere I can reach?

It's on the wall behind the bar, but it can be very difficult to notice.

Thanks! Once I looked at your pic it was so obvious * doh! * .. I was surprised not to find a mashing tun there, but a distillery... how can you mash with a distillery?

The distillery is for making moonshine using wine, put the mash in a fermentation barrel and you get wine.

Mashing>Fermenting>Distillery.
