Do I just need to find the recipe or is there something Im missing? been gather recipes for a while and getting the same mash recipes for a while so Im not sure if I'm gathering them correctly or just horribly unlucky

You can find the recipe randomly, or I heard if you already know how to make it without the recipe then you can do that too. My best guest is wheat flour, yeast and water to make dough and cook that in an oven. There are plenty of recipe locations around even behind locked doors, just keep looking.

Some of the recipes you don't have to find - just putting the right ingredients on the right cooking appliance reveals them. It's easy enough to make a bag of french fries in the oven, or fry a turnip on the stove, the recipes reveal themselves when you get the right things in place.

That said, I gathered all of the ingredients for vegetable stew in the right place, but the recipe was still greyed out. I don't know if it was a bug or if I need a certain cooking skill rank or something? And I haven't figured out how to get two (2) sausages for a sausages-and-mashed-potatoes meal, since a bag of two (2) Lenkki sausages doesn't count and I can't find a way to empty out the bag. Inconvenient.

dont know about the bag of pff.. sausages but I remember having to open the bag of beef before frying them to make sandwitches

click the sausages and look for a button to open it

1 Egg
1 L of water
1 Cube of yeast
0.1 L of cooking oil
1 bag of flour
1 charge of tablesalt.
And should be done on cutting board + bowl set.

you can find it randomly for sale from either the guy who does renovations, the store near your building or the woodworking guy in deekula c, ask them what furniture they have for sale.
