Gang hideout safe

I'm struggling to even find out the code for the safe in the gang hideout apartment. I found the doodle of roman numbers above the stove, but after trying literally every code combination of those numbers, I have to be reading something wrong. Any idea?

The code is always near the safe. It could be on the wall, on a note or anything. If it's the roman numerals then I suggest brushing up on them, it's possible you are miss-reading them.

Well, I have looked up and down and the only thing close to a code is what I have found above the stove. I can imagine it's really obvious or silly stupid, but I kinda hope for Oskutin to give a hand since they browse through the discussions. If I could attach photos I would.

Yes, the graffiti above the stove is the hint, It gives you a set of some numbers.

Yeah, I have no clue, that isn't particularly helpful to me. The graffiti is obscure in what it is trying to say, as well as being so low-res it makes it even more confusing.

First hint each set of symbols inside the marked area represents one number, they don't share the exactly same system of representation, a symbol outside the marked area hints on what the final numbers mean/should be used

second hint symbols are made of roman numerals, yet not all the numbers follow actual convention of roman numerals

third hint first and fourth numbers are read with normal roman numeral convention, second and third are sums of singular roman numbers

by this point you should have 12 20 4 13

fourth hint the final numbers are not the code, it's a sequence of opposing rotations

final code is 12 24 28 15
