Yeast, seeds and extract

For the life of me I cannot find this anywhere (I've been searching for hours now). I remember finding some I discarded at the start of the game as I had no use for it then and now I need it more than ever and can't find it anywhere, I've tried burglary on homes, I've tried the one stop shop (never has it) I've looked through the O-Market, the farmer's stall is almost never open even if I show up on the times it says next to the stall (not even sure if it'd have any), and I have no idea how I can get it. Anyone know where I might find some?

Also in need of cucumber seeds for a task (box in the greenhouse never has any for me) and not sure how to get mushroom extract (obviously from mushrooms - but how?).

My tenement is barebones so I am not really familiar with what crafting equipment there is/what they are used for and I'm trying to do these tasks to get the money for upgrades - which need these items.

Also - I've now found two gold trays I have literally no idea what to do with. Who buys them? Who buys stolen items?

Yeast can be bought at O-Market at back freezer shelf next to packed meats, smally cubing purple packaging.

Seeds can be found from random loot, usually the small brown sacks spawn some seeds, seeds also respawn daily at the greenhouse in a wooden chest behind Kurahaara, you can freely take from there.

Shroom extract can be crafted it's a findable recipe at Deekula A or bought at the Deekula C mushroom seller[/spoiler[.

Thanks, I tried the omarket and couldn't see it anywhere... I thought it was probably just me being blind and missing something obvious again lol.

I've been trying the Kurahaara greenhouse but unfortunately he never seems to want to supply me with cucumber seeds despite literally tasking me with growing them lol, no luck elsewhere and the stall is rarely open for me.

Never would have guessed on the extract (thought you could just do it from the get go). One of the first things I did before even going to the tenement was explore the available parts of the world and scavenge what I could from the apartment blocks.

Yeast is next to the cheese in O-Market. They are small blue cubes.

I love this game because of its attention to details. I can never find yeast in stores either, cause it's so small and never where you would expect it.

you can also make your own yeast from dough and a science lab

you can also make it from mash.
so you can use ether Dought/sawdustdough or 1Liter of mash(not sure if all kind work but the beer one works 100%).

also the Farmer brother at the market sells seeds.
and several plants can be used as seed.
example the Tulips, potato, wheat/rye harvest (not as fluor).

for me the biggest problem when it comes to seed is what size do they need and who needs the climbing support struts to grow.
